Not only did he help us purchase a home at a great price but when we had to flip it within a short course, his knowledge and experience came in handy and we were able to close within 45 days! Rod is very sincere, thorough and tactful, some of the qualities hard to find in a real estate agent. His team is fabulous and helped us through the entire process; apart from signing a bunch of papers and having the cash to close we did not have to do anything else!
