Dawn was incredible to work with! As first-time homebuyers, my fiancee and I weren't sure what to expect during this process, and had no idea how to navigate a timeline, or expectations. Dawn was incredible at being open-minded to all of our suggestions, while still being honest and letting us know what did/did not seem viable. She promptly submitted offers, gave us a very realistic breakdown of our post-offer timeline, and even dealt with our frustrating lender! With the crazy AZ market, and the numerous offer declines, we were blown away by her ability to stay positive, hopeful, and helpful. . .she always had a smile on her face and made us feel like family!

Dawn took the time with us to get to know exactly what kind of property and features we were looking for along with the services and dining we wanted close to the property. It was comforting knowing she was looking out for our best interest. Dawn was very professional and knowledgeable in all the different areas and communities and ultimately found the perfect place for us!

Dawn gave us 5-star service from our 1st contact! She listened to our wants/needs and found the perfect home for us quickly. She then handled negotiations, inspection and closing flawlessly. We will recommend Dawn to all friends and family.

Annmarie has the experience and knowledge of the market that is an undeniable asset. She was patient and flexible as we toured multiple homes over many months until we found the house that met our needs.

Every time my family and I have moved, Annmarie has helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She is incredibly sharp, kind, no-nonsense, and makes sure that all of the details are squared away before closing day. This is the first time I've purchased my own home with my fiancé, and she made sure the process was as smooth as possible. She's responsive, checks in with us and the builder often, and has provided excellent advice and service to us as first-time homebuyers!

Annmarie has always done such a great job helping us buy and sell homes. We got exactly what she forecasted and she did amazing with negotiating for what we needed. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Annmarie!
