Tonya not only filled that role, but excelled in dealing with the issues that arose with tenants, found new tenants when needed and handled the accounting and tax documents. When I was ready to sell the property, she handled the showings and listing, coordinated with the title company and found a buyer for my property quickly and even secured a higher selling price than I originally thought was possible.
