My husband and I have honestly been slacking so bad on doing this review. But one thing for sure I can let everyone know is do not slack on contacting Gaby and her team. 👏🏼 They are truely the best people ever! And one thing I can testify is that they will never bring you down and will work with you on every step of the way. We’ve had bad experience in the past with previous realtors and lenders, and they never once made us feel worthless. During this whole process, we gained a friendship that we hope to keep for years to come. Once again thank you Gaby and team, you all made what look like a dream a reality. Steve and I have known Randy and Janine for several years professionally and they very quickly became friends. We have sold 2 houses and bought 1 house with their Team. Janine held her very first open house with one of the houses we sold. The only reason we are not buying another house with them is because we are moving out of state. From the day she.met with us when she arrived with a full assessment of the comps in the area and a solid pricing recommendation to the close, Sheryl was exceptional. She referred us to good tradesmen to get work done around the house, kept an eye on the property by stopping by frequently, made sure it looked great for every showing. And, above all she is a professional who knows her business. She negotiated through a low appraisal and was able to demonstrate to the appraiser that the selling price was right. Sheryl was available by phone, text and email, and always prompt with her response. Plus, she was fun, funny, kind and resourceful. We truly enjoyed interacting with her.
