Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally. He was always available and offered advice, often before I asked. My project property is relatively small in the Real Estate market and I designed it to be a learning experience, so I'm really pleased with how things turned out for the amount of work that has to go into negotiating the closing of one single property. He made himself available on our schedule which was very important since we had to fly into town to see the house.
