I feel so lucky to have found a great realtor who helped me through every moment in the process of buying my new home. I cannot thank Michael enough for all the information he provided, the countless hours of searching for my perfect home and also answering my questions at any time. I found the perfect first home and could not be happier!!!

Being first-time buyers on a short sale was a stressful experience to say the least, but Brittney did a great job helping us understand and navigate the process, from understanding the market, to choosing our place, to dealing with brokers and inspectors with us. There was no purchase pressure from her (in fact, she still took us on house tours a few weeks into the short sale to make sure we were 100% happy with the house we bought) and no unwillingness or hesitation to handle some of the more difficult aspects of the process. 0/10 want to buy a house on short sale ever again, but 10/10 would use Brittney should we choose to do so.
