Being first-time buyers on a short sale was a stressful experience to say the least, but Brittney did a great job helping us understand and navigate the process, from understanding the market, to choosing our place, to dealing with brokers and inspectors with us. There was no purchase pressure from her (in fact, she still took us on house tours a few weeks into the short sale to make sure we were 100% happy with the house we bought) and no unwillingness or hesitation to handle some of the more difficult aspects of the process. 0/10 want to buy a house on short sale ever again, but 10/10 would use Brittney should we choose to do so.

Stefanie was absolutely amazing to work with in selling and looking for a new home. She guided us every step of the way when it came to selling our home and answering all of our questions. She did an amazing job at assisting us with the photoshoot of our home, it made us almost not want to leave! She has a large data base of homes for purchase as well. She listened to our price range and even showed us homes that she recommended (which was amazing) unfortunately with how crazy the market was due to Covid, we had issues finding a home, but she never gave up and went above and beyond for us.
