At our first meeting Nicola suggested that I list far higher than I planned. And my house sold at her higher suggestion! She presented a range of possible changes prior to going on the market, from "as is" to "complete update", along with an accompanying range of listing prices. After I made my choice she suggested tradesmen to discuss and submit bids. Lastly, she provided the final touch in "staging" that greatly improved the curb appeal. Throughout Nicola guided me through making it a stress free process.

I knew when I chose Nicola that she would not disappoint me. Selling my home just a few months after my husband passed away was a big decision and Nicola lovingly helped through the process! She kept me informed and even answered some of my questions before I asked them! She willingly took care of a couple of repairs for me as I was out of state. Nicola is very professional and cares about her clients. I will definitely recommend her to others!

Review: We don't think you can find a more dedicated realtor than Nicola Morton. She is knowledgeable, persistent and dependable each step of the way. She leaves no stone unturned. We are most grateful to have had Nicola work with us in the buying and selling process. Thank you, Nicola! Sincerely, Herb and Ann Dotterer
