Cherie was the Listing Agent for the sale of my Mother's home. Honestly it was the most seamless transaction in all of my years of buying and selling real estate. Cherie is a consummate professional who knows the market! She priced the home spot on and we had multiple offers in the first 24 hours! Not only did we have a full price offer but the transaction was funded in less than a month. Additionally, Cherie recently assisted us on the purchase of a hillside lot. This is a niche area of expertise and she is experienced in understanding the regulations and restrictions of this type of purchase. I highly recommend Cherie, and will absolutely use her again in the future!

Strong presence through support, Joe was dynamic in meeting my us where we were at on different occasions. At times things were stressful, and at times they were more lax but he always did a great job in being supportive in what we needed at each respective time. Timely and his attention to detail was awesome, especially with as many moving part as real estate industry can bring. Even post sale he has supported us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Good human always seeming to put our best interest at the forefront in all interactions with other agent/sellers.
