Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally. He was always available and offered advice, often before I asked. My project property is relatively small in the Real Estate market and I designed it to be a learning experience, so I'm really pleased with how things turned out for the amount of work that has to go into negotiating the closing of one single property. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.
