She was always very knowledged and prepared for each viewing. She was always so positive and had very well communication and quick responses. Any questions I asked she tackled and solved immediately. This being my first home a lot of the terms were brand new she did not hesitate to break them down and explain them in depth for me to understand the terms and the next steps in the process. I had such a great experience with Andy. Not only did she help us find our forever home, but she even took the time to leave us amd our dogs a wonderful warm welcome.

I’ve purchased and sold several homes and my experience with Andy was top notch! She always made sure to make her schedule open for showings, and was extremely responsive to text messages, phone calls, and emails. She was very knowledgeable with the process, and was extremely helpful in reviewing several inspections on homes. The house we purchased went back and forth several times in negotiations and she was able to get us exactly what we were looking for while maintaining a professional tone. In addition, she introduced us to our lender who turned out to be my favorite lender I have ever worked with. She also helped us ensure we hit every step on the process including inspections, appraisals, etc. keeping us on track and ensuring we were completing all the tasks we needed to close on time. I would 100% recommend Andy to anyone looking for a fun, amazing spirited agent. I will work with her again in the future.
