She was always very knowledged and prepared for each viewing. She was always so positive and had very well communication and quick responses. Any questions I asked she tackled and solved immediately. This being my first home a lot of the terms were brand new she did not hesitate to break them down and explain them in depth for me to understand the terms and the next steps in the process.
