If you're moving to the Phoenix area or considering a second home in that area, you need to call Lori Noonan! I live in CA but thought that I might like to buy a second (vacation) home in AZ. Lori was introduced through mutual friends/family at around Valentine's day. We connected and then I scheduled a trip to Phoenix. I told Lori what I thought I was looking for but offered that I really didn't know what I wanted or even if AZ was the right location for my family's get away home. So, I asked her to give me a tour around to better understand the market. Wow, that was a great beginning. Lori really made it so that every minute of my available time was used to see various parts of Pheonix, Scottsdale, and Carefree/Cave Creek.
