I can’t say enough good things about Mia. As first time homebuyers, we were in the best hands possible. Mia knows everything and is very insightful and she knows so many people who can fix things or get things done. She listened to what we were looking for and very quickly helped us get the home of our dreams! Not to mention she’s genuinely kind and caring and such a nice person to spend time with!

From the very beginning, Mia Schreier demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clarity, and market expertise. She took the time to clearly outline her strategy and set realistic expectations, giving us confidence in the process without ever applying pressure when my wife and I needed time to decide. Throughout that period, she kept us well-informed with thoughtful market updates and relevant comparisons, showing a strong understanding of the local area and real estate trends. Once we committed to selling, Mia guided us with confidence and patience—even as self-described “control freaks.” She encouraged us to trust her process, respectfully challenging our initial hesitations around things like yard signage and open houses. Her ability to align us to a broader vision of finding the right buyer for our home’s lifestyle ultimately proved to be exactly right. Mia's attention to detail was impeccable. The results speak for themselves: our home sold in under 21 days to a wonderful buyer, and the entire process was handled with ease and professionalism. Mia kept negotiations smooth and drama-free while consistently managing expectations and checking in to ensure we felt supported. The experience truly felt “boutique-like,” and it stands out as the best home sale experience we’ve ever had.
