We had an excellent experience working with Dave Orso and his entire team on the sale of our family home. With six owners involved, there were a lot of people and details to coordinate. Dave and his team kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and helped us understand what needed to happen at each step. Dave was knowledgeable, approachable, and thoughtful in his guidance. He helped us prepare and present the home beautifully, managed showings and offers, and guided us through negotiations. His team was just as responsive and professional, helping coordinate paperwork, deadlines, and the many details leading up to closing. They made a complicated process feel manageable, and we felt supported from the first conversations through settlement. We’re grateful for the care and hard work Dave and his team brought to the sale, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable real estate team.
