Sean communicated clearly, responded promptly and was very personable.

Sean provided information that would assist in preparing the house to be placed on to the market. He responded promptly to emails and texts. Knowledgeable of the market in my area. I think the tips he gave for preparing the house and initial listing price allowed us to receive multiple offers and offers above listing price.
