Debraly has helped me buy/sell three homes - a condo, a duplex, and finally our dream home. During each, Debraly was thorough in explaining and working through paperwork, had sound advice and review of offers, and advocated for me all along the way. She went above and beyond each time and made the whole process digestible and afforable. She has deep roots in the community, which makes repairs easy because she knows so many contractors who can help. Highly recommend Debraly for any buyer or seller!

When deciding market value of property, she presented examples of real property comparisons. She did her homework in a short amount of time. She was very informative in explanation of research she had done to compare the property and determine it's marketability, She was very knowledgeable about possible loans that could be accessed by a buyer. She presented several resources that could be used to help get property ready for sale. She was very creative in approach to advertising the property. She made it look the very best it could. She is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and has open communication. She took an old homestead log cabin and sold it for top dollar in a couple of weeks.

Very knowledgeable and helpful quick to respond and answer questions
