We have worked with Sydney and her team to assist with the sale of two homes and the purchase of two homes over the years.Sydney understands the market conditions and provides excellent guidance on how to set and negotiate the sale or purchase of your home. Our most recent dealing with her required a purchase contingent on the sale of our home. There was a minor issue that needed to be addressed by the sellers in order to close on our new home. Sydney was in constant communication, even when on her vacation overseas, to ensure the issue was addressed in a timely manner for closing. If you want good representation and a smooth closing process then I highly recommend Sydney!

Michelle was helpful in our purchase and moving journey every step of the way. From helping us find a rental when we first moved to purchasing our home, she was always available with answers for our questions. She has also been a great resource for all things Alaska.

Michelle was recommended to my husband and me by my sister and brother in-law. She was extremely communicative prior to touring our future home and worked quickly on preparing an offer just hours later. During the waiting period before closing, she kept us up to date on inspections and checked in during our packing/moving phase. While purchasing a first home can be a stressful experience by itself, I was freshly postpartum and put a lot of trust into Michelle. She took care of us the entire way and made the process as light and stress-free as possible. We also worked with her for selling our condo, which was advertised about a week after we fully moved out. Overall, we had such positive experiences working with Michelle and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
