Working with Ambrosia Romig to purchase my first home was a great experience from start to finish. She communicated quickly and effectively throughout the whole process and was proactive in answering my questions, ranging from average utility rates and inspectors to tree removal. She always took the time to explain my options. She encouraged me to compare prices and value. The professionals she recommended consistently turned out to be among the best options. At every step, she genuinely wanted what was best for me. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and honest guidance made buying my first home a much smoother experience, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust.
