At our request she visited with us well prior to our expected listing date, discussed the status of the real estate market in our area, when asked offered staging advice, conducted extensive research on similar home sales in our area to help us determine the perfect price point, and advertised our upcoming listing prior to active listing date. When our listing went active Ann handled the immediate multiple requests for showings, gathered and organized the offers we received, and then met with us to explain the pros and cons of each offer. Once we had a contract in place Ann handled the scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and all other steps required to ensure that the home closed on schedule.
