Our experience working with Ray was exceptional! Once we found a house we liked, Ray managed to get us in as the first (virtual) viewers and submitted the first offer, which was accepted! Even as first-time homebuyers, I know this is unheard of in the current market! Ray worked closely with us to draw up our concessions / demands to selling agent, and ensured that all of the inspections were completed on time! Our home-buying experience with Ray was fantastic, and I've recommended him to family members in the same area.
