19135 Fairfield Dr Fairhope
We started visiting the Fairhope area approximately 1 year before we moved here. We were doing recon and getting a feel for the neighborhoods trying to decide did we want to focus our search on Mobile, Daphne, Fairhope or Spanish Fort. We had gone to an open house and Holli was showing the property. At that time we were only in window shopping mode. We struck up a conversation with Holli and decided at that point we would contact her to represent us when we were finally ready to list our place and begin in earnest. Holli was great to work with, she understood it would be a long process before we were ready. She put us on a email drip sending homes that met our criteria and was gracious about how many trips we took down here to go look at homes. A total of 5 times! One of the things that impressed us the most about working with Holli is her knowledge of the market here in Mobile and Fairhope and her understanding of the area specific laws and requirements. For example, we knew nothing about fortified roofs or the importance of having one. She was able to steer us through that process. All in all our home buying journey to Fairhope took almost a year and Holli was there the whole time. If you are thinking about moving to this area there is not a realtor we would recommend other than Holli Revell. From the initial search right to the closing she was there with an answer to every question we had. Her communication style was spot on for us with a combination of texting, emails and phone calls. She was always professional and pleasant to work with. If we ever buy a home in this area again we will absolutely do so with Holli as our agent.

1700 Gwin Court Mobile
Goodness, where do I start? Matt was our agent in 2024 when we came to Mobile and he was remarkable to work with. He got to know us, understood our needs (and wants), and went above and beyond to find us this perfect home. We'd planned to be in Mobile for many years but providence intervened and we were called back to Atlanta. Matt was one of the first calls I made! We've bought and sold six houses so we know both sides and understand how different being on the opposite side of the table is. We were ready but we weren't excited about the coming days. As we planned the listing, we began to get excited about this one. Confidence in Matt and our faith in we were following a divine plan gave us hope that this would be an easier process than usual. If that was the end of the story and that this was smoother than usual, it would be a great story, right? Well, that's not where the story ends. Our home listed on a Wednesday...we were under contract on FRIDAY. No joke y'all...two days! We knew immediately that Matt's guidance on pricing the house was spot on as the buyer didn't haggle (much). Matt handled the heavy lifting and got to the closing table exactly when we needed to close (we're buying a house in the ATL a week later). Matt is a man of faith that genuinely cares about his clients, and cares about Mobile and the surrounding community. Trust me when I say you're in good hands with him representing you on either side of the transaction! cs
