This is my second time around with Ms. Avery. She helped me find my first home. The second time around was a bit challenging, only because we had to list my previous home for sell and find another home for myself. She was able to accomplish this.

My experience with Ms. Avery was wonderful. I am by nature very nervous & she took time to reassure me. She’s very patient & we appreciated it.

Going into this experience Dee was confident given the competition in the area the house valued for more than 50k than it sold for. I was not confident over time that the agent was completely transparent with myself. This was a situation where I was not located near the property so communication was a challenge. The house set on the market for 5 months before a serious buyer sought interest. Very nice agent but not very knowledgeable of dos and don’t of real estate. I would not recommend this agent if trying to sell a home in an area that you do not reside in close proximity.

This was my first time buying a home and Imedia made it a pleasant and enjoyable process. We looked at multiple properties and she took her time with us making sure we got what were looking for. She is very professional to work with and is an all around wonderful human being.
