Not only did he get the home we were selling sold very quickly, but was a huge help in the home that we purchased. He showed us quite a few homes before we found the one that we knew the minute we walked thru the front door it was meant for us. We were not going to get an appraisal because we were paying cash, but Rob strongly suggested that we do, so we did, and he saved us $30,000 by getting that appraisal!!!
