Judy Niemeyer is the best, hardest working realtor in Baldwin County. She has sold two of our homes and represented us very well on both sales. A true professional that knows the market, what works, what doesn’t and is very honest when providing feedback and recommendations on how to put your house in the best possible position to sell. She has a great staff to support her efforts and her pictures and MLS listings showcased our property and everything each home has to offer to interested buyers. If you’re in the market to sell or buy, it would highly recommend you talk with Judy! You will not be disappointed! She is an excellent realtor and an even better person. Judy uses all the latest tools and market data to help show your property. Her follow up and communication was key to making our experience working with her a successful one . She tracks trends, makes adjustments and makes recommendations that truly worked to help get us to the best possible outcome. We are so glad we worked with Judy!
