Data was collected and summarized weekly in a report, showing us the number of views and origination. Within a half-hour of the listing going live, people were scheduling showings. The open house was a huge success with over 10 families attending. We had an out-of-state offer within the first two weeks, which required a lot of negotiation. Was so helpful with helping us find our new house, we asked her to help sell our old house several months later when the renters moved out. House sold within days. Wonderful to work with and even helped wrangle our 4 year old when we looked at houses. Currently she is our realtor for our vacant lot.
