Joseph made sure we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision for us, and answered any questions we had. Joseph was very easy to work with. His knowledge of the process makes him an excellent guide and advisor throughout the journey. Joseph listens to you and responds to your concerns thoroughly, educating you with a kind and understanding spirit. We never felt he didn't take a question from us seriously, even though, in hindsight, some of them were kind of dumb. He's great at explaining options and the pros and cons of each option. Dedicated, available, knowledgeable, and kind. Can't ask for more than that!
