He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and made the entire process seamless for us, from getting the house ready to sell to sitting down at the closing table. Joseph made sure we had all of the information we needed to make the best decision for us, and answered any questions we had. He was always in communication with us, and kept us abreast of what was going on the entire time. I highly recommend using Joseph Givens for buying or selling your home. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Joseph was very easy to work with. His knowledge of the process makes him an excellent guide and advisor throughout the journey. Joseph listens to you and responds to your concerns thoroughly, educating you with a kind and understanding spirit. We never felt he didn't take a question from us seriously, even though, in hindsight, some of them were kind of dumb. He's great at explaining options and the pros and cons of each option. Dedicated, available, knowledgeable, and kind. Can't ask for more than that!

Joseph was terrific throughout the entire process, from contract, to construction completion, and even showed up while we were moving to make sure everything was perfect.
