I cannot say enough incredible things about working with Jimbo Kidd, an expert realtor and zealous representative. He was instrumental in helping my wife and I purchase our first house, and I can't fathom going through the process without him. He was immediately responsive and quickly arranged for several house showings whenever we wanted. He quickly got back to us all the time via text and phone, always happy to help. He constantly impressed us with his local knowledge of neighborhoods, property values, other agents, contractors, etc. He is a naturally friendly person who seemed to have a contact for everything--my wife and I would ask a question about home buying or construction or anything, and Jimbo instantly knew who to contact to help us or just knew the answers himself. He is an expert on everything real estate in the area. Everyone in the real estate community respects him a lot; they were eager to work with him and, by extension, with us. He gave great advice to us as first time home buyers/owners. He is an excellent negotiator and worked very hard to get us the best deal. He knew exactly how to respond and how to communicate with sellers to ensure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. His enthusiasm helped my wife and I enjoy the home-buying process even more. Kathryn has been by far the most amazing realtor anyone could ask for. She met all of my demanding last minute needs.
