Their market knowledge and suggestions were very valuable, but the most valuable service they provided was their availability to answer even the most off the wall questions we asked at the most inconvenient times! Selling a home during the last two weeks of the year resulted in a lot of angst but they were able to reassure us and make the sale in a short period of time. Their input on pricing and negotiating was very helpful. They did an excellent job of advising us on which things needed to be done to the house and which things would not add value. We have bought and sold six homes over 40 years and Chad and Jen were the best agents we have worked with by far!
