Donna responded to my questions and concerns with professionalism. She navigated the market for a fair price for both seller and buyer using her excellent negotiation skills. On a personal level, she addressed my concerns for the preparation of, listing, and ultimate sale of my home and property with compassion and kindness. I highly recommended Donna to help you buy or sell your home.

We were from out of state and on a 10-day house hunting trip. Donna literally helped us find a house within three days. We knew very little about the area and Donna showed us houses within a wide area that would still work for our target commute time. She answered all our questions, prepped us for all we needed to know for Alabama home buying, and was very quick to respond to all our emails, phone calls, and texts. She's an absolute joy to work with. Personable, professional, and we definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Birmingham area.

We were more than happy with Donna's work. We bought and sold our home through her. She went the extra Mile - she even found homes for our pets (2 bunnies, 1 cat) since we moved overseas. She is highly ethical and a hard worker.
