After we had an offer accepted he helped coordinate times to get in the house and let us bring some contractors for a few projects we had in mind. This allowed us to hit the ground running when we closed with project work immediately.
Kim was wonderful to work with throughout the entire home purchase process. She showed us homes on short notice often times because we were visiting from out of town. She communicated regularly during our escrow process and kept us on a timely schedule with inspections and appraisal. We are thrilled with the property we found.
