Frances took over a year with me. She guided me through waters unknown. She learned about me, my life, wants and dreams. Frances found properties that fit on paper but would go ahead of showing and tell me if it was a proper fit or not. When we looked at a property that had issues, she was the first to tell me if it was right or not......so much that when she found my home, I made an offer based on the video she made and her recommendation. Sight unseen, a decade later, I am still in love with my family's home and still seek her counsil with any real estate questions. I will be happy to have a conversation with anyone about Frances. She is the best and most reliable agent anyone could hope for.

While Patti is very nice and she sold our house very quickly (which I did not want to go active earlier than our agreed date and I wanted an open house to be held first), she chose to ignore my requests and only listen to the other owner of the house. I did not not receive all communications and was not kept up to date as I expected; as I requested us all to be included in all communications. I also wanted to replace an A/C thermostat and requested the home inspection to be delayed (this did not happen); which in turn resulted in additional expenditures, time, and the home closing delayed. As I expressed in group communications, "I do have a say in the negotiation", but I felt I was ignored. I was blamed for hiring a highly-rated A/C company to replace the thermostat and as Patti stated "Maybe the guy didn't know what he was doing" and also blamed for the hiring a highly-rated moving company that accidentally scratched the hardwood floors; as Patti stated "I'm doing everything I can to help the situation that you and your movers created". FYI, I got the floor repair costs covered by the movers. If you're looking for a realtor with lower seller fees, then Patti meets that criteria. If you're looking for great communications and a realtor who listens to all parties, then look elsewhere.

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
