Ashley did an amazing job in marketing my condo and making sure we got a great price. Her advice on how much to spend for the sell prep and what to address was spot on. I was kept in the loop of everything she was doing and from the first day she saw the property until the closing date, it was a very easy process. There was not one ounce of stress involved the entire time.

Patrice was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the industry. She helped us in more ways that just a realtor, from finding people to do tasks, and taking care of anything that needed doing, very quickly. We are so blessed to have found her. She is just the best and is now a friend, as well. You won't regret making her your Realtor.
