Susan was So helpful. Knowledgeable. Professional, kind, Respectful, very Diplomatic, HARD WORKING, Dedicated & great at negotiating. We knew what we were looking for and Susan had the intuitive insight as well to ask us very poignant questions to really fine tune our search to get our needs met.
