Devin helped the reviewer sell this property

Devin's my guy in Birmingham

I live abroad, and actually bought this house before I saw it, and sold it from afar. I heavily rely on Devin's expertise, honesty, and professionalism. Devin understands the market and is great at bridging the gap and overlaying it, he gives good advice even when it's not in his best interest, is super available and flexible with the specific bizarre time-zone and bureaucracy needs I had as an expat investor. I knew all along that whatever I needed would get done and that there was no reason for me to fly in to sell the house. He helped me negotiate and brought the deal to the finish line with patience that I, frankly, wouldn't have had. In my culture, nobody likes realtors. It's been a pleasure to be proven wrong daily. If you need someone you can trust because you're not there to do it yourself - Devin's your guy.
