Brandon helped us find the house where we will raise our family. For us, the most important factor was the school zone which significantly limited the number of properties available. Brandon took the extra time to locate properties that were not even on the market which lead us to the house we eventually bought. Brandon has many helpful contacts in the real estate industry to assist with financing and inspection- he was even able to get us a per-approval letter on a Sunday morning to complete our offer.

Diane has been my wonderful realtor for decades. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for my real estate needs. She is simply the best! She has helped me buy and sell several properties over the years. She skillfully recommends contacts for financing, inspections, and all necessary services to get the sale(s) completed. She is quick to respond to all questions and needs. She never tires of showing me any and every property I could possibly be interested in. She has now become my valued friend! I met her through the business, but she has shown to be trustworthy, and a true servant of her customers. Why wouldn't I love and value such a great person?!

Donna goes above and beyond her duties as an agent to market a property. Responds to communication in an instant. Very professional in addition to very personable and enjoyable to work with.

While Patti is very nice and she sold our house very quickly (which I did not want to go active earlier than our agreed date and I wanted an open house to be held first), she chose to ignore my requests and only listen to the other owner of the house. I did not not receive all communications and was not kept up to date as I expected; as I requested us all to be included in all communications. I also wanted to replace an A/C thermostat and requested the home inspection to be delayed (this did not happen); which in turn resulted in additional expenditures, time, and the home closing delayed. As I expressed in group communications, "I do have a say in the negotiation", but I felt I was ignored. I was blamed for hiring a highly-rated A/C company to replace the thermostat and as Patti stated "Maybe the guy didn't know what he was doing" and also blamed for the hiring a highly-rated moving company that accidentally scratched the hardwood floors; as Patti stated "I'm doing everything I can to help the situation that you and your movers created". FYI, I got the floor repair costs covered by the movers. If you're looking for a realtor with lower seller fees, then Patti meets that criteria. If you're looking for great communications and a realtor who listens to all parties, then look elsewhere.
