I’ve bought 6 houses in the past 5 years and I never once thought an agent was worth a penny. I would show them the houses I found on Zillow, then we’d see them, I’d have to figure everything else out after that would leave me wondering, “why exactly do I need you?”, Macey blew away this notion. I told her where I’d hope to land on an investment property, she sent me the offer letter to sign with an offer that I thought was absurd and probably won’t get a bite, but sure enough we were under contract for $12k less than I was hoping to land. I’m in my busiest season of work and I was stressing about it but she made it a breeze. Brandon helped us find the house where we will raise our family. For us, the most important factor was the school zone which significantly limited the number of properties available. Brandon took the extra time to locate properties that were not even on the market which lead us to the house we eventually bought. Brandon has many helpful contacts in the real estate industry to assist with financing and inspection- he was even able to get us a per-approval letter on a Sunday morning to complete our offer.
