About Micah

I'm Micah Martin, The Rockstar Realtor! How did I get my name you ask? Here's the story.... Since the age of 4 years old I've always had a love for drums. Growing up playing in church and college bands I made a leap for the stage. I've toured with Nashville artists and opened up for rockstars such as Riley Green, Joe Diffie, Afroman, and Corey Smith. Music is in my bones! In 2014, I got my real estate license and put my nose to the grindstone. I focused on one thing, being the best! My first transaction was a family that had just recently lost their home in a fire. They ended up buying a new construction home in Helena, AL. We jumped through every hoop to get to closing. At closing, the entire family looked at me and said..."You know you're a rockstar, Micah!" Every since then, I've been known as, "The Rockstar Realtor." What does a Rockstar agent do? I'm dedicated to providing all of my clients with an exceptional real estate experience that achieves their goals. Micah was absolutely WONDERFUL for both the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home!! He was exceptional in his responsiveness and never left us hanging. His negotiation skills are superb and if there were any issues which needed to be resolved he was all over it. Even scheduling the home we were selling to be cleaned and lawn manicured. Definitely above and beyond service!!

Let's see where i begin..?? Micah is a (VERY) patient Realtor.I do know for a fact that it took 2 years for us to find a ??.A lot of realtors would have quit!??. But he didn't. 1.Micah kept on working with us until we found a location where we could get a ?? built.. 2.Micah is very knowledgeable about his job..A expert in his field..A real expert!!???? 3.He didn't mind riding the miles to show us some homes that he thought we would like.. 4.This is very important.. His character played a lot why we chose&stuck with Micah. He never showed no bad attitude toward us at all. 5.If there is any doubt in anyone mind what realtor to use.I (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) Micah to help anyone to find a ??..I don't lie!!???? Micah is great! There's no way any other agent would have taken the time to show my dozens, and dozens...and dozens of houses! And not just over a few months; it was years. He carefully examined each house and wasn't scared to really check the condition inside and out. I was one of those "Summer of 2021 Homebuyers" when there were maybe 3 houses for sale in all of Birmingham and cash offers were being made left and right. Micah made a gutsy move with my offer and because of this I was able to get my dream home. I highly recommend Micah Martin!
