She not only knew how to talk firmly yet not insulting with negotiations with the other parties involved but she also knew how to talk us through some difficult decisions, discussions, and showed us that she truly cared how we felt and how we wanted to move forward through the whole process. We could not have done any of it without her and her professionalism was far above par.
