Kristen is one of the best marketers that gets your home out to a very wide base of lookers. We have used her to sell two of our homes both during very difficult markets and she always comes through. She is very calm and level headed and knows how to keep negotiations moving forward. She also knows how to spot good buyers to work with who are serious about buying. She is very responsive to any needs or concerns that arise. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.
