From day 1, Zule took charge. Because I am out of state, Zule took care of getting the house ready for sale quickly and efficiently. She looked at and analyzed the comp's and priced the house so it would sell immediately. The house was priced right and we had multiple offers the first weekend it went on the MLS. Once it was under contract, she still stayed involved making sure the there were no kinks in the way. Even after the buyers had a few delays, Zule stayed diligent and got them to the table.
