We can't say enough about working with Zule. We were vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and came across an open house she happened to be hosting. At the time, we were just casually looking for a property in the Fort Lauderdale area. We were long-distance buyers from Ohio so we thought the process would be difficult... knowing we may have to buy "Site Unseen." However, Zule was so accommodating and helpful with the entire process. We viewed several properties online from Hollywood, FL to Pompano Beach. When we found one we really liked, we would ask Zule to video the property for us. She ended up videoing at least five properties without any hesitation. Once we decided on the property we wanted to purchase (Coral Ridge), she was equally attentive and helpful with the entire buying process. We did not see the home "in person" before making an offer. However, due to the information Zule provided and her extensive video of the property, we felt very comfortable as if we had physically toured the property. There were some bumps in the road with getting this deal done due to COVID-19 restrictions. But Zule handled it all in stride, proposing alternate solutions along the way that ultimately enabled us to purchase our dream home. Even after the close, she continued to answer our questions and also handled a few details for us until we could get moved to our new home.
