Zelda is highly knowledgeable and provided valuable advice and information. She has a great understanding of the market; the kind that only comes from many years of experience. But at the same time, Zelda is a pleasure to work with because she is very passionate about her work which shows in how much time and energy she invested in searching for our perfect home. She is kind, caring, and patient which showed in how she put our happiness first. Zelda has a tremendous attention to detail. She didn't miss any details and was thorough in every detail. Even the small details that we mentioned but later forgot about, she took care of them. She even encouraged us to read through the documents ourselves and let her know if we have any questions. So we did our due diligence and found out that everything she said was spot on. She also has an incredible team of resources around her that made the whole process seem so smooth and effortless. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful and painful (as I have experienced in the past), but my experience working with Zelda was the least stressful and most painless than I have ever experienced. Zelda is so experienced and professional in her communications not only with us, but with the other agents as she handled the contracting and negotiations perfectly. I don't know if this will be everyone's experience with her, but there were items that we wanted that we probably shouldn't have expected to get and some how, like magic, her and her team made it all happen. I feel like I have a fairy godmother in the real estate business. I will be contacting her every time I need a realtor in the future. And I highly recommend Zelda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area without hesitation.
