This was my first time to buy a home. I needed to sell and buy with the money I received from the sale of my old house. I was scared to death and needed to keep my prop 13 tax basis. Zelda talked me through it, kept me calm and after we found my dream home she sold my old house, purchased my new and I moved in record time. If I ever move again I will call Zelda. I also have told all of my friends to call her. No one has every been as kind to me as Zelda has. She is truly an Angel and VERY GOOD AT HER JOB.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Zelda on the purchase of our first home. I've bought 4 homes and sold 2 previously, so I've met quite a few agents and I rate Zelda undoubtedly on top among of them. The most impressive is her responsiveness. If a meeting is set up she arrives first. She discusses client needs and tries hard to accommodate them, having in mind not just the current home that is under consideration, but a larger picture. She is very good in design and tries to help her clients to arrange a house according to their desires. In addition, she wrote a book about selling a house and I find this book very helpful. She certainly enjoys working in real estate and it shows.
