This was my first time to buy a home. I needed to sell and buy with the money I received from the sale of my old house. I was scared to death and needed to keep my prop 13 tax basis. Zelda talked me through it, kept me calm and after we found my dream home she sold my old house, purchased my new and I moved in record time. If I ever move again I will call Zelda.
