Zane Wischmeier

Zane Done a wonderful job was always there if I had questions , always kept us informed. He was a true pleasure to work with. Would definately reccomend him to any one in needd. Was a true pleasure to work with Zane . Had first went with another agent felt like she wasnt interested in helping us with the search. She as of today is still emailing me houses and still dosen't even know my first name. Zane was very respectful to feeling our needs in helping us find the right home. Never any problem with communication with Zane was always there we questions come up . True professional at what he does

We made the mistake of using another company first, before using Zane and Century 21. We were very disheartened, as our property was not being marketed in a way that made it sell able. But when our son recommended that we try his friend, Zane, we derided to switch to Breeden and use Zane Wischmeier. It was amazing how quickly we got different results by listing with Zane! He seemed to really have a knack for people skills and marketing! He has a gift.

Through our entire home buying experience being first time home buyer we never felt that Zane was in this for himself or anything that could be a disadvantage to us. Zane was always looking out for what our interests were and without his advice and knowledge of knowing what we wanted we would not have found the home we purchased!

I would recommend Zane Wischmeier to anyone looking for a great realtor. Very polite and professional. Zane helped us find a location with great schools, resale value and comfortable living!

Zane was wonderful to work with. He always found answers to our questions promptly, and got back to us within a very reasonable timeframe. We enjoyed looking for our forever home with him!

He was very helpful and did all he could to help me find the right house. He also did a good job with the contract and home inspection. I highly recommend Zane Wischmeir.
