Zane Wischmeier

We made the mistake of using another company first, before using Zane and Century 21. We were very disheartened, as our property was not being marketed in a way that made it sell able. But when our son recommended that we try his friend, Zane, we derided to switch to Breeden and use Zane Wischmeier. It was amazing how quickly we got different results by listing with Zane! He seemed to really have a knack for people skills and marketing! He has a gift.

Through our entire home buying experience being first time home buyer we never felt that Zane was in this for himself or anything that could be a disadvantage to us. Zane was always looking out for what our interests were and without his advice and knowledge of knowing what we wanted we would not have found the home we purchased!

Zane Done a wonderful job was always there if I had questions , always kept us informed. He was a true pleasure to work with. Would definately reccomend him to any one in needd.
