He was furthermore endlessly patient as we hemmed and hawed at times or lapsed in the earnestness of our housing search; I never felt rushed, pressured, or otherwise struck with the sense that I was an obstacle to him closing the deal. Whether buying a home or selling one, I would work with Zack again without hesitation.
