Where to start... Well first, Zack gave us some great tips on get our home ready. He took amazing, professional quality photos and put together a bang-up listing. Our part of the market is slow, and Zack had 3 offers in our hands in 5 days! He helped guide us every step of the way, and was an excellent negotiator. We ended up getting more than asking! Then he helped us land a stellar FSBO - going above and beyond every step of the way. Communication and responsiveness is top notch. We were blown away and so incredibly grateful. Plus he has fun. If you are on the hunt for an agent, you owe it to yourself to at least talk to Zack. You will not be disappointed!!!
Working with Zach was an absolute pleasure. Right from the beginning of our home buying process Zach was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was simultaneously professional and entertaining to work with, helping make the 6 month/40 home showings experience enjoyable instead of unbearable.
