Becky listed and sold lots in our subdivision. She was very professional, and made the entire process as easy as possible. Whenever a prospective buyer wanted to view one of the lots, she went out of her way to accommodate their schedule. She handled all the negotiations with the prospective buyers, and answered any questions they might have. She completed all the paperwork in a timely manner, and when it came to closing all we had to do was pretty much show up. I would recommend Becky to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate. She was very honest and straightforward about what she felt our property was worth.

Focusing on details such as ensuring the house was marketed to its full potential with great pictures and detailed description drove a lot of interest very quickly. Communication was always very responsive and they were agile in order to ensure we got the latest updates no matter the time of the day. Open houses were very easy and it was all driven through an app. We are very happy with our home selling experience!
